Our programs requires a $500 non refundable waitlist fee to be added to either our Mini or Ultra Master waitlist. This gives you the opportunity to select from either our mini or ultra bernedoodle litters when we have availability, and guarantees that you aren't impacted if we adjust our puppies' price. This fee is applied to the final cost of the puppy once you have selected and joined a specific litter selection list.

Our Master Waitlist gives families flexibility without losing their place in line. Rather than committing to one specific litter, you can consider upcoming pairings, timing, size, coat, and colour as litters become available.

Breeding is never completely predictable—pairings may not result in a pregnancy, litter sizes can vary, or a litter may not be the right fit. And sometimes life happens; even when a family expects a particular timing to work perfectly, circumstances can change.

With our Master Waitlist, you can simply move to another upcoming opportunity without losing your original place in line, giving you the flexibility to wait for the right puppy at the right time.

When puppies are 1 week old we begin reaching out to families in the order on our Master Waitlist. At this point if your family is reached you can choose to select or pass. If you opt to select, you will move off the master waitlist and join our litter selection list where you will know your exact selection order number for that litter. 

Once families join a litter selection list, puppies are ultimately selected and go home at 8 weeks of age. We conduct temperament evaluations at 7 weeks, followed by their health exam and first vaccinations at approximately 7.5 weeks. Puppy selections take place after these milestones so families can make an informed choice with the most complete information available.

Our temperament evaluations can give us insight into each puppy’s natural energy level, drive, confidence, but a puppy’s “off switch” is not purely genetic.

Even a beautifully bred, naturally easygoing puppy needs to be taught how to settle. Consistent training, appropriate exercise and mental stimulation, and structured use of tethering, crate time, naps, and enforced rest are integral to developing a dog who can confidently switch off.

A well-bred puppy still needs the right structure and guidance to become the calm, balanced companion families are hoping for. We can help identify puppies who appear naturally more easygoing, but families play a very important role in developing and maintaining that off switch.

All of our puppies are currently priced at $3500. We are expecting to adjust our pricing come January 1, 2027. 

Yes, for Canadian families only. For a fee, We can arrange for us to hand deliver your pup, or arrange for cargo transporation depending on your location.

Unfortunately at this time we cannot accommodate any U.S. clientele. The CDC has placed strict import restrictions on dogs.

We love including our families as much as possible throughout those first 8 weeks! We share daily stories and updates on Instagram, along with more formal litter photos on our website every 1–2 weeks.

If you aren’t on social media, no problem at all — simply reach out and I’m always happy to send you photos and videos of your puppy so you can watch them grow and develop before coming home.

Because we are an in-home breeder, we unfortunately aren't able to have people come into our home simply to handle or pet the puppies. Our puppies are raised right in our home, and during those first several weeks they are particularly vulnerable to illness. Having a steady stream of visitors coming in from other homes, other dogs, public places, etc. creates unnecessary biosecurity risks. It can also be quite disruptive for a litter that is growing and developing in a very controlled home environment. We have to be a little protective of both the puppies and our household .

What to do: 

For someone with known dog allergies, I would actually recommend speaking with an allergist and, if possible, spending some extended time around adult dogs with the same type of coat rather than relying on a short puppy visit. Puppies also aren't necessarily a reliable predictor of how someone will react once the dog is mature.

For our temperament evaluation process, we follow the Badass Breeder evaluation framework. Below is an example of one of our temperament scorecards.

For stable traits, we generally find that our puppies fall within the range of medium energy, medium assertiveness, low prey drive, strong human focus, and medium motivation.

After completing our early neurological stimulation, socialization, and exposure curriculum, our puppies generally perform exceptionally well in their workable traits, including touch tolerance, sound and sight sensitivity, resilience, and overall confidence.

These evaluations give us valuable insight into each puppy’s natural tendencies while also recognizing that many aspects of temperament continue to develop through training, environment, and maturity. Video Links of the puppies evaluations are also privately provided to families prior to selections.
