Our Program

At Riverstone Bernedoodles, we are proud to be among the very few breeders in Canada specializing in Ultra Bernedoodles, offering families a truly distinctive and highly sought-after companion. In addition, we are intentionally advancing our Mini Bernedoodle lines toward higher Bernese Mountain Dog content, with a focus on preserving the signature temperament, structure, and presence of the breed.

A cornerstone of our program is health and longevity. All of our breeding dogs undergo extensive genetic screening through Embark Veterinary, alongside comprehensive health testing with the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA), including evaluations for hips, elbows, cardiac health, and patellar laxation. This rigorous approach allows us to thoughtfully pair dogs and produce puppies with the strongest possible foundation.

Equally important is how our puppies are raised. Each Riverstone puppy is nurtured in a home environment with intentional early socialization, enriching experiences, and daily interaction—laying the groundwork for confident, well-adjusted companions with exceptional temperaments.
